How does custom jewelry design work?
Here is the step-by-step breakdown of what you can expect the whole custom design process to look like:
- First, you bring us pictures, sketches, or accordingly, we may also be able to suggest and provide designs of your choice.
- Then, we work with you to create the design concept for your one-of-a-kind piece.
- Once you approve the design, our jeweler creates a wax model to represent your custom piece's final look.
- Upon your approval of the wax model, all you have to do is leave the work to us. Then, in a few days, we introduce you to the jewelry piece of your dreams! Easy, right?

We met Sayed at a Gem and Jewelry Show in Virginia right before the Pandemic. My boyfriend and I had been searching for a “commitment” band for me, something delicate, beautiful but not showy. We found exactly what we were looking for at Sayed’s booth. He did not have the ring in 18K white gold however, so we arranged to have it custom made. With the Pandemic shutdowns, the process was slow, but Sayed kept us posted and assured us that our order would be completed as soon as possible. Several weeks ago we received the ring and couldn’t be happier. The workmanship is superb. The fit is great, which we were worried about given the small size needed.
